June 25 ~ RomanceLahoma Sponsorship: Purchase your sponsorship by this date to have your logo included on the shirts, bags, and banners.
June 30 ~ RDR Book Event Reader tickets: All readers who registered for the free general admission RDR tickets must send reply to the email they received with the name FOR EACH wrist band by June 30 or lose the wrist band.
July 1 ~ RDR wristband tickets that we have not received a name for will be made available on a first come first served basis via the RDR book event page on our website.
July 1 ~ Deadline for ordering your RomanceLahoma t-shirt
July 1 ~ Deadline to register for the conference WITH banquets.
July 27 ~ Deadline to have your promo items to Sarah or Sabrina for 150 conference bags and/or 425 reader bags. You can ship them to us(email for address), bring them to the June or July meetings, OR drop them off at the Volunteer training on July 27 (Location TBA).
July 27 ~ Volunteer Training: 1:30PM at Pioneer Library SOKC(same location as OKC monthly meetings). Please block this day off if you are volunteering.
